Alaska Department of Fish and Game - Coded Wire Tag Lab - Non-Commercial Survey Site Report Form

Non-Commercial Survey Site Report Form: This reports list details for each adipose clipped fish recovered at selected survey sites regardless of tags status. Although similar to the Commercial Survey Site Report this report does not include columns relevant to commercial fisheries. Use this report if you want to find out the status of all heads recovered at a hatchery you manage or a river you sampled.
Instructions:: Use the following fields to narrow the scope of your report. Use the checkboxes to select acceptable values for each field. Leaving a given field blank (not selecting any checkboxes or not entering any text) will allow all possible values of that field to be included. When you are done, click the ''Run Report to Screen'' or ''Run Report to File'' buttons. For code values, term definitions and possible values for selected fields, click on the ''Glossary/Decoder'' button or the Glossary link.
