Facility Mapper Report Form
- The Facility Mapper generates a detailed map showing location of a hatchery, remote breeding site, or other enhancement facility. All release sites for the facility are also marked. Production numbers by species are displayed on the map.
After specifying filter criteria, a table of matching facilities is displayed. Any facility name colored blue in the table is a hyperlink. Clink on the link to view the map. Each facility not in blue cannot be mapped because its reporting agency has not yet provided complete location coordinates.

- Use the following fields to narrow the scope of your report. Use the checkboxes to select acceptable values for
each field. Leaving a given field blank (not selecting any checkboxes or not entering any text) will allow all
possible values of that field to be included. When you are done, click the ''Run Report to Screen'' or ''Run Report to File'' buttons.
For code values, term definitions and possible values for selected fields, click on the ''Glossary/Decoder'' button or the Glossary link.
