The Alaska Hatchery Release Report lists information about coded wire tag and Alaskan non-coded wire tag groups released since 1968. While you can get information about non-Alaskan coded wire tag groups from this report, it is primarily intended for Alaskan Hatchery production release summaries. This report does not include non-coded wire tagged releases from outside of Alaska or releases other than anadromous. Details for coded wire releases are somewhat reduced and we suggest that if you want more detail that you use the CWT Release Report Form. Using this report you can look up release details about particular hatcheries or you can select releases meeting a variety of criteria.
Instructions:
Use the following fields to narrow the scope of your report. Use the checkboxes to select acceptable values for
each field. Leaving a given field blank (not selecting any checkboxes or not entering any text) will allow all
possible values of that field to be included. When you are done, click the ''Run Report to Screen'' or ''Run Report to File'' buttons.
For code values, term definitions and possible values for selected fields, click on the ''Glossary/Decoder'' button or the Glossary link.
If you find some of these codes a little confusing, the Mark, Tag, and Age Lab produces
a reference card that explains all of the codes used in the Coded Wire Tag Database. If you
would like the latest copy of the card, please e-mail
