Agency Report Form: The agency report lists recovered tags grouped by release state, agency, location (facility or wild stock name), or tag code. This report is from a release group perspective.
Instructions:: Use the following fields to narrow the scope of your report. Use the checkboxes to select acceptable values for each field.
